Royston Coppenger is a writer, director and educator whose work has been performed across the United States and overseas. He contributed the autobiographical piece "Ghost/King" to John Rubin's 1968, for the Labyrinth Theater's Barn Series in 2009. International credits include directing his own adaptation of O'Neill's Mourning Becomes Electra at the Teatro do Barraca in Lisbon, and conceiving and directing Am anfang war das teater, an original movement theater piece, for the Teatro Palino in Baden, Switzerland. He also prepared the adaptation for an all-female production of King Lear which was presented at the Center for New Theater in Los Angeles and at the Frictions Festival in Dijon, France. Royston Coppenger's New York directing credits include Orpheus in the Underworld and The Tender Land for the Bronx Opera, The Great White Hope and Fahrenheit 451 for Brave New World Repertory, and the world premieres of Carne Ross' The Fox and Stevan Arbona's Saturn's Children at HERE. His award-winning translations of plays by Bernard-Marie Koltès have been performed across the United States. Coppenger's short films, Das Kapital: The Movie Chapter 1 and Chapter 8, have been presented at festivals and screenings in New York and elsewhere. Royston Coppenger has taught courses in theater, film and popular culture at Harvard, New York University, and Cal Arts. He holds a Doctor of Fine Arts degree in Dramaturgy and Dramatic Criticism from the Yale School of Drama.
Rich Ferraioli is a graduate of Hofstra University with a BFA in theatrical production with an emphasis on directing. Rich has directed over 25 productions professionally ranging from classics like Hamlet, Spanish Tragedie, and Everyman: An All Female Exploration to the NYC Fringe Festival’s production of Daily Sounds. Rich was a proud member of the 2008 Lincoln Center Directors lab and has served as the Managing Director for The Queens Players since 2007. Originally from the farmlands of Pennsylvania, Rich now resides with his scenic artist wife Stephanie and their monster Izzy in Long Island City, NY
Kirk Gostkowski is the founder of the independent film production company Running on Faith Productions. Kirk recently made his directorial debut with the film Leave Me Behind, which was featured in ten film festivals across the world, won awards, and just received a distribution deal. Writing, directing, and acting in the film was a dream come true. Kirk is a graduate of Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree focused in performance. While at Hofstra, Kirk also studied at the School for Film and Television in New York City. During his undergraduate years he had a large variety of training, working on plays ranging from Shakespeare to contemporary works. In his senior year at Hofstra he received the Acting Award for outstanding contributions to performance. Since graduation, Kirk has studied with Alec Baldwin in a master's class focused on professional theatre for several summers andhas appeared as an actor in a number of shows in New York. Kirk will next be appearing as Iago in Othello this March at the Secret Theatre in Long Island City and as one of the leads in the indie film The Ridley Project.
